Are promotions given or earned?
The average person will probably answer this question as given.
Ramses Gavilondo totally disagrees with this. Ramses is the Manager at Fast Trak Inc. and he promotes people with no hesitation...when they earn it!
When promotions are given and not earned it creates a false atmosphere of success.
If someone is promoted without reason, what makes you think that other people will respect that person or the person who promoted them.
Ramses Gavilondo and the Fast Trak Inc. team totally believe in this principle. Ramses and Fast Trak Inc. enjoy seeing people succeed and move up the ladder but success is a privilege and not a right!
Nothing in life is just given...it is earned!
