Life is difficult. No one debates that. It is a fact...unless you are a robot.
Everyone has to deal with negatives. It is how we deal with these negatives that we turn into who we are today.
Ramses Gavilondo, Manager at Fast Trak Inc, believes that turning everything that comes your way into a positive is essential to success in life.
Ramses and everyone at Fast Trak Inc. could tell a story of woe about their past life but they do not! Why does no one talk about their life and all of the obstacles they have overcome?
To be blunt...no one cares. It does not matter what a person has gone through as long as it has only made them stronger and motivated to succeed in life.
Ramses and the Fast Trak Inc team all agree that if you let obstacles impact you then you will become a broken person. If you learn from your mistakes and let them make you stronger, smarter, and more successful then you will be unstoppable in this world!

Are promotions given or earned?
The average person will probably answer this question as given.
Ramses Gavilondo totally disagrees with this. Ramses is the Manager at Fast Trak Inc. and he promotes people with no hesitation...when they earn it!
When promotions are given and not earned it creates a false atmosphere of success.
If someone is promoted without reason, what makes you think that other people will respect that person or the person who promoted them.
Ramses Gavilondo and the Fast Trak Inc. team totally believe in this principle. Ramses and Fast Trak Inc. enjoy seeing people succeed and move up the ladder but success is a privilege and not a right!
Nothing in life is just given...it is earned!

Soulful Blog
There was a lot of inspirational conversations going on at Fast Trak Inc today. Ramses Gavilondo, Chelsea Stearns, and Rebecca Roodenburg were discussing how to bring positivity into one's life. We have come to the conclusion that in order to attract positivity, one must be positive. Fast Trak Inc prides itself on being a happy company that tries to bring good in to the lives of others. Being happy and positive is a personal choice and everyone makes a choice as to whether he or she wants to wake up and be happy or negative. Negativity does no good and only fosters bad energy and spirits. There will always be obstacles in life and whether or not they are conquered depends on the attitude of the individual. Fast Trak Inc hopes to always stay on the road to flourish.

Fast Trak, Inc. Always Turns Lemons into Lemonade!
Some people look at obstacles in their lives as definitive road blocks. This is a pessimistic and unfortunate outlook on life.
Fast Trak, Inc. has the exact opposite motto. The team at Fast Trak, Inc. looks obstacles directly in the face and cannot wait to conquer them. This optimistic view point helps people reach the optimal point in their careers quickly and with relative ease.
Fast Trak, Inc. is located in Falls Church, VA at 311 Park Ave Suite 1A. Today, October 11, 2013 it has been raining outside of the Fast Trak Inc. office. The teams at many other companies may decide to decrease their morale when the weather is less than pleasant. This is not the case at Fast Trak, Inc! Our team thrives despite all elements that mother nature throws their way! The team came in early this morning. They quickly decided on their goals for the day and jumped right into the morning meeting. The current team members in training have dedicated themselves to the goals for the day and have taken off running to accomplish them. Ramses Gavilondo, CEO of Fast Trak, Inc., is an incredible leader who has manged to instill a zest for life and success in business in all of his team members.
